does my fiance has to bring an employment offer to the interview in Cd Juarez? :unsure:

has anybody heard of this before?...

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by employment offer. Your fiance just has to prove that he meets the financial requirements of the U.S. Government, which are that he makes 125% of the poverty level. When we had our interview in Juarez, I emailed the Consulate to ask what I needed to prove this. They told me to fill out an I-134 form and bring it. It is not required by rule there, but if you have it you will have all the info you need. Okay, I think that should qualify you. I believe that poverty level in the lower 48 is roughly 17,000, so you would be over 125% of that. Again I would urge you to check out the "guides" section, as well as take a look at the I-134 form. Those should explain in detail all that you would need. On a side note, assets such as savings accounts, stocks, property, etc all count toward the total amount.

Your income should be ok. But, you may need an employment letter. This letter should have atleast the start date of your employment, your current annual salary & your title/position on your employers business stationary.
