I have a friend who just came back from Uruguay and in the airport not only they give her BS for the extension, but also the immigration officer told her that she should make an infopass to have her passport stamp 3 months prior the expiration (which happens to be also in august)

Have you guys notice that all the approvals are 1 months (more or less) from the anniversary of NOA date???? why is USCIS waiting for a whole year..... If I take in consideration that I should be expecting my approval by July 7 more or less..... (if they guarantee me that.. I truly don’t mind the wait.... LOL! ) What is a 3 more weeks of waiting?, after 365 days of waiting, opening my email everyday hoping to see something since November (when I started to realized that it was taking too long already)= well the answer is simple… I AM USED TO WAIT WITH USCIS!!!!!!!

My wife got her passport stamped here in Miami two months before the expiration of her extension letter. So I think you would be safe in making an appointment now.

I am here, still watching on USCIS and this forum everyday but got nothing after all. I guess the reason make my case so late is the redoing of my Biometrics. For that reason, I did not get the last touch on Feb, 25 like many people after the last touch on Feb, 22. Hopefully everything in my case is all correct now. My wait is too long until now and i guess im gonna have more!

My wife got her passport stamped here in Miami two months before the expiration of her extension letter. So I think you would be safe in making an appointment now.

im in miami and need to get my passort stamped also cause im planing to travel out of country in two months. but im afraid when i go to get my passport stamped they may take my conditional green card away

what about your wife's green card? has it taken away ?

Nope. I have heard they take it away in some places, but they didn't my wife's away in Miami.

I got mine stamped 3 weeks before the extension letter expired, not a problem.
