Got the email today.... Card Production ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been lurking in this thread since day 1 I made one other post WAYYY Back to join the TSC Looser Club, I don't thnk I made on the list but we filed in May 07 So 1 year since filling now!. One other note to add it that besides the biometrics we have never had an interview or a request for more info!

09/??/2004 Send I-130, 486 Package and ETC. for AOS

01/??/05 Workers permit received.

Got Social Security Card!!!

08/29/2005 Interview went awesome!

09/??/2005 Green Card arrived!!!!!!!! YUPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removal of Conditions:

06/01/2007 Send package to TEXAS Service Center

06/07/2007 Received NOA

09/20/2007 Went to get an stamp, denied stamp at the Miami USCIS Office =(

01/31/2008 Transfer to Vermont Service Center (after almost 8 months!)

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

07/02/2008: Infopass Appointment. passport Stamp....

07/03/2008: Incredible!!!! Card Production Ordered!!!!!!

07/04/2008: Touched. Duplicate email Card Production Order

07/07/2008: Touched

07/08/2008: Touched. Email with notice of approval

07/09/2008: Touched again!

07/11/2008: CARD ARRIVES IN MAIL!!!!! THANKS!!!! WELLCOME IMMIGRANT LETTER!!! :P

Naturalization Process:

06/23/2010: 06/23/2010 - Send N400 after 5 years of permanent residency. Good luck !

I am not sure of the exact date but I know it is in May, I will go look throught the BOX of stuff I got to find it and post in a bit.

Good research, Yes I looked at those posts, so it must have been after then, But I remember doing it quickly after that for the 90 day window thing, my wifes card expired in Augist 07

I didn't check my email for a few days and wasn't expecting an email for a while yet. But good news!

Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On May 15, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you.

I think I have some problem on the biometrics. After an email noticing may case was transfered to VSC on Jan 31, it just got only one other email on Feb 22 about my case status "This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred". I notice that everybody have last touch on Feb 25 and like some people say, It was the day Biometrics was transfer to VSC. I began thinking that my Biometrics was not transfer. That become true when i have to do the biometrics the second time last week. For this second time, they just take the print of my forefinger and a photo of mine, not 10 finger like 1 year ago ( officer also explained biometrics valid 15 moths for the reason of my second biometrics) . I notice that some people get touch after biometrics but it was not my case. I got nothing after the biometrics last week and now still waiting. Anybody have some idea about my case? should i call USCIS to verify my biometrics because i did not get any notice right after my second biometrics? I just got 2 email, 1 in Jan 31st and 1 in Feb 22nd. Is the second email good enough to tell that my biometrics was transfered to VSC and the second biometrics good enough for Biometrics ( 1 forefinger print and 1 photo)

AOS from F-1 Timeline

(based on marriage to USC)

2010-06-16 Send I-130 and I-485 packages

2010-06-17 arrived at Chicago lockbox (express mail service was quick, it took less than a day)

2010-06-24 Checks cashed

2010-06-26 Received NOAs for 1-130, I-485 and I-765 (EAD)

2010-07-09 I-130, I-765 touched

2010-07-23 Call USCIS to request Bio. letter. Gotta wait in 45 days for another call

2010-08-18 EAD touched

2010-09-03 Biometrics letter received. Scheduled on 09/13/2010

2010-09-07 Successful walk-in biometrics

2010-09-07 EAD card production order. I-485 touch <-- 8 hours after biometrics done

2010-09-08 I-485, EAD touched

2010-09-16 EAD card and interview letter scheduled on Oct 18 received.

2010-10-18 interview- Got RFE-RFE sent same day!

2010-10-22 GC production notice received!<-- Application approved!!!

2010-11-01 GC received, See USCIS again in next 2 years!

Congrats to the approved ones! Would you mind sharing the first letter of your last name? Maybe they re doing it somewhat alphabetically again...

Last name letter is "P"

Here is your thread telling us of the evidence you submitted and when you got your biometrics notice. It appears you sent in your packet sometime after May 22, 2007 or thereabout.

I am not sure of the exact date but I know it is in May, I will go look throught the BOX of stuff I got to find it and post in a bit.
