12/30/2004 - Case recieved by NVC

01/04/2005 - Case # assigned

01/10/2005 - DS3032 mailed to beneficiary

01/10/2005 - Also copy of DS3032 and app. of support fee bill mailed to petitioner

01/15/2005 - DS-3032 & I-864 bill Received

01/18/2005 - DS-3032 & I-864 fee sent back to NVC

01/21/2005 - DS-3032 Received and entered into the NVC system

01/31/2005 - IV Fee Bill generated

02/07/2005 - IV Fee Bill Received

02/08/2005 - IV Fee Bill sent to St. Louis 63195

02/18/2005 - NVC automated system says IV Fee recieved

02/14/2005 - I-864 Generated

02/19/2005 - I-864 Received

02/22/2005 - I-864 shipped via Express Mail

02/21/2005 - DS-230 Generated

02/24/2005 - IVR Changed saying that NVC is waiting for the return of the biographic info

03/05/2005 - DS-230 Received

03/07/2005 - DS-230 shipped via Express Mail

I called them ,and they said that that letter was a mistake ,and that the case still not aproved ,and that it is at vermont maybe somewhere ,who knows ,he said that this cases sometimes take more then a year ,please call back and check ,what a #######!!!!

Great.

Nothing to see here, just another CIS screwup, move along everybody.

2004-04-23 - Date Filed at the Dallas, TX CIS Office

2004-05-10 - NOA but no receipt notice

2004-06-23 - Filed a renewal on my OPT EAD

2004-08-11 - Date Received Advance Parole Doc

2004-12-21 - EAD Approved (My OPT was expiring, didn't receive anything, made infopass appointment, and was approved and given a new card that day)

2005-02-25 - Used Advance Parole Document to re-enter

2005-03-12 - Bio. Appt

2005-08-02 - Interview Date at the local office --> Approved right away and got a I-551 Stamp

2005-08-17 - Green Card Approved

2005-09-25 - Green Card Received

Lifting of Conditions I-751 Filing:

2007-06-06 - Lifting of Conditions Filed at Texas Service Center

2007-06-10 - NOA

2007-07-05 - Bio. Appt.

2007-07-23 - Husband moved out

2007-09-15 - Filed for divorced

2008-02-01 - NOA - Case Transferred to VSC

2008-02-26 - NOA - Case received at VSC

2008-04-15 - Divorced finalized

2008-05-01 - Consultation with immigration lawyer

2008-07-08 - Lawyers send new I-751 with withdrawal of previous one

2008-07-15 - Card Production ordered, case adjudicated on previous I-751

2008-07-18 - Approval Notice Sent!

2008-07-24 - Received 10 YR Green Card!

Naturalization:

2010-11-10 - N400 filed at TX service center

2010-11-27 - biometrics notice

2010-12-15 - biometrics appointment

2011-01-24 - interview, passed test, IT system down no same day oath

2011-03-24 - oath-I am now a USC

2011-03-31 - US passport in hand

Whoops. Sorry. It was because you hadn't been here (or at least hadn't logged in under your username, according to VJ) in 3-4 months. The thinking was that if the VSC transfer notice everyone got almost a month ago didn't get you and the other three similarly inactive folks back here to VJ to see what was going on, nothing would.

Also welcoming/adding emmysphere as a new TSC-VSC Loser®.

who??? everybody but the cases transfer from TSC to Vermont... people that filed of september october november to TSC are approved already!!!

06/28/2004. Happily Married in Miami Florida.

Look on the bright side people - at least we are acquiring the needed time-36 months- as a prerequisite to applying for citizenship. So if you're ultimate goal is that, then no time has been lost. On the other hand, if you were to place a $ amount on the agony and grief we have endured, that would be priceless...maybe we should write to Mastercard and give this as an idea - of course the USCIS will have to start taking credit cards as payment. If the IRS does, why not the USCIS?

Still no word out of VSC for all us losers....
