this is a complete different letter ,this one is a white papper from TSC ,saying that the card is in production ,but still shows pending ,they ask me to allow 60 days ,then call if i do not get it .

Why cant your copy the whole letter here, and get us out of this confusion. As to me its not making any sense...But instead of giving bits and pieces of information, i will request please type the whole letter as it is and that will be very helpful for everybody.

The online case status still shows that the case is pending? I would call just on that basis alone and ask them to explain what's going on. Makes no sense.

Have you guys read the other thread ???? People from Vermont has been approved.. NOA JULY 2007..... they are happy because they are getting approve before "the invasion of TSC"...... sucks....!!!!

I called them ,and they said that that letter was a mistake ,and that the case still not aproved ,and that it is at vermont maybe somewhere ,who knows ,he said that this cases sometimes take more then a year ,please call back and check ,what a #######!!!!

i got touched - 2/13 - it's odd, here's the latest as it appears on the uscis site:

Did you receive a previous email saying that your case was sent for standard interview. My lawyer says that some local INS offices are not listed in the computer generated system so it prints this, I got the same it means interview I think. Good Luck
