just to add to all those predictions out there here are my two cents: If there are no further touches this week we are in for a long wait. If there is additional touching today or any day including Friday, we are to be approved within a week!

I got touched yesterday 26....

Sorry before I said I was touched today, that was a mistake since I thought today was the 26th....

06/28/2004. Happily Married in Miami Florida.

09/??/2004 Send I-130, 486 Package and ETC. for AOS

01/??/05 Workers permit received.

Got Social Security Card!!!

08/29/2005 Interview went awesome!

09/??/2005 Green Card arrived!!!!!!!! YUPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removal of Conditions:

06/01/2007 Send package to TEXAS Service Center

06/07/2007 Received NOA

09/20/2007 Went to get an stamp, denied stamp at the Miami USCIS Office =(

01/31/2008 Transfer to Vermont Service Center (after almost 8 months!)

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

07/02/2008: Infopass Appointment. passport Stamp....

07/03/2008: Incredible!!!! Card Production Ordered!!!!!!

07/04/2008: Touched. Duplicate email Card Production Order

07/07/2008: Touched

07/08/2008: Touched. Email with notice of approval

07/09/2008: Touched again!

07/11/2008: CARD ARRIVES IN MAIL!!!!! THANKS!!!! WELLCOME IMMIGRANT LETTER!!! :P

Updating for Angel7422's 2/25 touch and imailin's 2/26 touch. It does look like yesterday's touches were only for those with May-June NOA1s. No idea what that means . . . .

should this really have been "sorting", could they conceivably have put us in the back of the line like a new arrival? In that case we can wait for another year...

NO, I don’t think so.... you have to have faith. Even with USCIS....Good karma brings good karma!

NO, I don't think so.... you have to have faith. Even with USCIS....Good karma brings good karma!

Well, I would never underestimate the ability of USCIS to screw up, but I would agree that the powers that be there (or at least those at VSC) are like most people and do the fair thing when given the opportunity. So I believe that we must be at the top of the pile.

That might seem unfair to the people who filed at VSC just over six months ago and who would have otherwise been on the brink of approval but for these transfers, but there were a whole bunch of February 2007 TSC filers who were on the brink of approval back at the end of June 2007 when TSC simply stopped approving I-751s . . . .

I will watch closely to see if my approval comes before the TSC people or like james says I will be pushed back and have to wait longer than the 6 months I was expecting.....
