but an interview would be at the local office... that would mean another transfer now? How would I find out what is happening without the online status changing? Would an RFE show up as such or could that explain the touches?

The fastest way to get a clarification is to call USCIS, or contact your congressman! You could also do an info pass appointment.

I have three activities going now:

1. Service request (18/7)

2. Requested Congressman support (18/7)

3. Infopass appointment (28/7)

Maybe in the end of July I will know why I’m left out of normal process time!

I just got a call from the Congresman's office, I'm in a queue for interview. (Please call back if we haven't reseived appointment within 60 days). That is to me good news just because I know that we are processed.

This should be fairly simple, just prep the back ground documentation and wait for the appointment date, it cannot be that long. Since you have had two LUD in the last days I guess you are first.

Do you know when we were transferred to CSC?

how did they confirm it? did they just hand out a csc number or did they actually tell you when and how you were transferred? i wonder why and when this happened!

Hi,, when the USCIS rep. gave me the service request numer, it ended with CIC. So I asked here if CIC means that my application is processed in California, which she confirmed. She told me no doubt about that.

No, they didn't give me any info about that. I'm in the line for interview so I guess that my case will be or is already transferred to the local USCIS.

i talked to an "officer" today and was assured that i was at the local office, and that my interview was not even a random quality control one but a "lead based" interview. aparently one of the three service centers decided that after waiting 1 year and 2 months, they had to forward my file to my local office and also to the fraud detection unit. Why all this I absolutely do not know. Will make for a harsh interview I am sure! I am so fed up with the way thsi agency handles us, it is not even funny. Always did everything on time, the proper channel and only to get stepped on....
