Well, they've had our RFE package for 20 days now. I keep logging in daily to see what's up, but the case hasn't been touched. Maybe next week... Hopefully they didn't re-route it to California.

Good luck to all the ones waiting still!

I have three activities going now:

1. Service request (18/7)

2. Requested Congressman support (18/7)

3. Infopass appointment (28/7)

Maybe in the end of July I will know why I’m left out of normal process time!

Hey Cdn_in_Texas did you ever get a request to do your biometrics again. You have the same NOA date as I do so I am assuming your biometrics have been in the database 15 months so you should have received a letter to retake them....did you?

Dallaschic - no I haven't heard anything about re-doing biometrics... The last touch on my case was 5/13 and they've had my RFE since 6/30.

Still waiting... =O)

Starting to get worried. Does this mean I was sent to the local office or anything else?

I think it's all good, you are processed. It could mean that they prep for an interview but at least you case is moving..
