some people got their cards after they know they were approve about a week. some days.. you might as well call them again. over a month is beyond normal

Did your address change? Did you move and fail to notify them? Most people who got approved will tell you that they got the actual card in the mail within 2 weeks of the approval email/letter. Schedule an infopass and see if an officer can reorder anther card for you. And if I were you I'd be banging, not knocking, on some freaking doors!

well i called back and lady officer said wait from 30 to 90 days bec of back log if not then take a info pass in feb 15 so lets see what happened will update you all thankl you so much for answering
