Hey, we're February filer also. We received the NOA1 on February 13th, dated the 8th. How do you see if your file was touched? I just found this Webpage last week and it's just awsome!

Welcome to Vj, you can track your application on the uscis site using the reciept number on the NAO1 notice, the website is

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/. Also you may want to update your timeline on Vj, this helps others to assist you if you have questions.

Good luck with your journey.

I've been checking our case at the USCIS Webpage, but how will I know it's been touched? All it says is "Case received and pending".

I posted our timeline also and will update it as soon as we know more :-)

When the date changes it means it has been touched, but touches dont mean anything really, could just mean its been moved from one pile to another. Once approved it will say approved on the page where it says you are pending at the moment.

hi everyone, i'm new here. my fiance file I-129F last Feb. 9 at California Service Center. It was received on Feb. 11 and the check was encashed the same day however until now he has not receive NOA1. I already have the case number though and when I checked it on the USCIS site it states that NOA1 has already been sent. does it take that long before he receive NOA1? I hope someone can enlighten me on this because I'm quite worried and also how do I know if our case has been touched?
