Sent my I-129f on Feb. 19th, but I sent it with a money order, so I can't check if the money's been cashed. :( I just have to wait for my hardcopy of the NOA1. But, I'm excited! Good luck to everyone!

Welcome Haley, you and I are in the same boat, CSC and immigration from Canada. Good luck, it only took me about 1.5 weeks to get my NOA1, so hopefully you'll get it soon. :)

See my timeline for my K-1 and AOS/EAD/AP details.

I just checked USCIS, and we also got touched today. I hope CSC is making an attempt to keep up with VSC. It seems VSC outperforms them by 60-90 days.

I really depends on how they shift their case load. They seem to prioritize certain types of visas at different times, and it probably depends on a combination of political pressures and what types of visa applications are starting to pile up. For example, there was a period of about 2 weeks in January where no K-1's were being processed at CSC but VSC was approving like there was no tomorrow. And then all of a sudden CSC started kicking them out, and VSC started to dry up. I don't know what the rhyme or reason is, but there definitely seems to be some kind of workflow orientation that governs the approval rates for K-1's.

VSC got our I-129F on FEB. 8th

Still havent even checked up on it though cause I filed from abroad and my mom has been on vacation. DOn't have my file # yet.

Should get it today though... Goodluck everyone

I am in an enviable position of currently being with my fiance cause we live together abroad. Unfortunately though I have to leave for work back to the U.S. in April and the remaining duration of the K-1 process we will be apart.

Hows everyone doing?

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

Hello all Feb. filers! I am new here and I sent the K-1 paperwork out Feb.11, they received it Feb. 13. Unfortunately I sent a money order and haven't heard anything. No NOA1..nothing. Well at least I know they received it with certified mail. But from reading through all the posts here...it seems to me as if the VCS takes longer than CSC. I hope they'll keep up the work so we all can be with our Fiancees! Good luck to everybody.

You 'might' want to check w/ you bank. They might be able to give you a better idea of the numbers on the back of the check. I keep looking for them to deposit the one I sent so I can begin the obsession alongside of everyone else! Since your's deposited today mine should in the next few days I hope LOL

Try to be patient! :) Your NOA1 should arrive in the mail soon, and it should have the case (receipt) number on it.
