Does anybody have an english translation of the Colombian Registro Civil (Birth Certificate) form that you could send me. This way

I can populate my wife's information on it.

Anybody that had to translate their Registro Civil, where did you have it done?

US Ceritfied Translation.... one or two day turn around for me. depends on what the year was. The forms are different
