Enough proof

My question is were almost done gathering everything we need for the I-129 packet and we realized we don't have much proof of us visiting eachother. Whenever we went up to Canada or down here it was driving and we never got any sort of paper work or anything. I did get a letter from his Dad saying i stayed up in Canada and my parents are writing a letter saying hes been down here as well. We have tons of phone bills, and I have some bank statements that show one of the times I was up in Canada. We have pictures together as well but thats basically it. Will this be enough??

When I filed our petition back in 11/04, all I sent was about 5 of our 100 pictures and the pages from my passport copied along with my boarding passes to Morocco. At this point all you are proving to them is that you have met within the two year time frame. At the interview is when you need proof of your ongoing relationship. Good Luck!

I would say you have enough for the petition. I am sure they are used to Canadians not having boarding passes.

Each case is different and one can only submit what one has. Don't forget to write a statement answering question 18 of the I-129F. Tie the evidence you do have in with this statement to show the circumstances under which you met to establish the relationship. In addition do you have emails perhaps that mention your meetings? If you have one bank statement showing that you visited Canada, and a photo or two from that visit, or a hotel bill or something else from that same visit, that should be plenty of proof that you met. Remember, to apply for the visa you only have to show that you met in person ONCE in the last two years...
