Hi there...:)

I have question..so enybody who could help,please...

My housband doesnt have his paspport but he is american...so can we isted of copy of passport send his copy of birth certificate..cas he is born and grow up here in USA...

02.26.2008 AOS package sent

02.27.2008 9.15am AOS package delivered

03.06.2008 checks cashed

03.07.2008 NOA I-485,I-765,I-130

04.02.2008 biometrics appointment

04.22.2008 got letter in mail-my interview date jun 11th

o6.11.2008 Approved...they said i am gonna get my green card in 2weeks...SO HAPPY

06.23.2008 Got my green card in a mail..yeayyyyyyyyy

A US birth certificate is fine to prove US citizenship.

I guess I am confused as to where anyone's proof of US citizenship is required for an alien to file to adjust status?
