My AOS interview was Jan 31 in New Orleans. Appointment was at 11am and was called into interview at 12pm.

It was very short and sweet. The officer just asked us, how we met, did we have a children, did I work, where my husband worked and what he did.

Then he asked us for our paperwork such as current W2, cheque stubs, copies of insurance on house and cars with both our names on it, bank statement and fewed a few pictures that I bought with me.

PS A note: there is no need to bring 4 or 5 albums of pictures the officer said he was glad I only about a few (26 to be exact) showing some wedding pics, general pics of us together and pics of us on our honeymoon.

Received an email this morning that my card is ordered and will be here shortly.

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

Congrats on your approval! Our interview was at the same office last Tuesday (the 29'th), and the officer gave us verbal approval, but we still have not gotten the EMail or anything from USCIS... We're starting to get a bit nervous.....

Then again, our case hasn't been updated to even reflect a transfer to the local office. It hasn't been touched since our Biometrics....
