K1-photo proofs with Date ?

Hi

I meet my fiancee in April2007 and Sept 2007.

However i have digitial date stamp photos for April 2007 only (5-6 of them in same dress). Unfortunately all the pictures i took in Sept 2007 doesnt have date stamp on it . Though good thing is its taken in front of "Landmark" like Buckingham Place, London Bridge,Big Ben etc. Will that be fine if i submit all the pictures.

I am afraid to get rfe on Sept 2007. I am covering this up by sending UK passport stamp, which acknowledges my UK Trip.

Pls help me

The pics I submitted didn't have a date on them at all - I simply filled it in by hand on the back and was just fine!

Photos are secondary evidence. The stamps in your passport, airline tickets, travel itinerary, receipts from places in foreign country are solid evidence of being in the foreign country.

Photos with dates are not necessary. The primary evidence is that you both have physically met within the required two year period. e.g. travel tickets, passport stamps, visas... etc.
