Hi visa journey people,

we have mailed out things to CA on the 1st Feb,we have included proofs of an ongoing relationship and pics from the trips to Morocco and all ,i think we were creative about our package that we sent there ,because some people here always said that Casa always base off their decisions on the first submission of the petition and sometime their minds are already made as i heared here .

NOW...we want to know when we should expect our NO1 and NO2....at least approximatively because as we heared it depends on which service you are dealing with ...we are expecting we will find out verything by Aout if we are lucky enough and things went just fine and with no complications. We also would like to know what stuff should be sent here to Morocco for interview that the the alien Fiance should receive from his Fiance in US and how much are the fees to adjust the status after getting married in US.

thanks in advance and good luck everyone here .

One of the timelines I view on the net says CSC is running about 4 months from NOA1 (receipt) to NOA2 (approval). Nothing to do as far as paperwork until you get the approval from CSC as the paperwork has to be dated with in a certain time frame (2months or less) of interview date. So just enjoy getting to know each other more for now. AOS is expensive...a month of rent worth of expensive. but worry about getting a visa first and saving all you two can in the meantime. Wedding depends on whether you do a court/justice of the peace thing or a regular american wedding. That is something the two of you will have to discuss and then budget for.

Timeline

Timeline for approval vary, at interview there is a list of things they will need, go to the embassy information link and it is outlined there court records, police, single paper, birth certificate, medical. (translated) Extra evidence can be sent for them to take to the interview, more trips involved more pictures, etc and a copy of the NOA2 will need to be included. Once the original application is well on its way send the extra copy to the SO so they can study it to know what all is involved as this is what alot of the interview will be based on. There are questions that others have added that normall are ask, tips for doing the interview as to how to respond, look them in the eyes, dont hesitate etc use this time to prepare for all this. Once it is well on its way the time will go fast and slip up on you get prepared and study, study study..........
