Hi

My fiancee is indian citizen studying in UK since sep 2007

So can I request for UK Embassy in Q20 (Your fiancé(e) will apply for a visa abroad at the American embassy or consulate at:)

I dont know Uk residency requirements ? If it is one year then by NOA2 (I-129 approval) he wil be completing one year. So is it okie if i request Uk embassy now ?? Will this delay my case ?

Pls advice me

I would put down the London consulate/embassy since your fiance is going to be there for the next year...in which time you should have your interview scheduled.

If, for some reason, your fiance moves before the interview you can request for it to be sent to the appropriate embassy.
