hello everyone i found out from my husband that uscis cancel our i-129f and we are being touched twice what is that mean ???... Is that we will getting soon our noa2????

If they send the I-130 on to NVC and to the consulate, it means you get the superior CR-1 or IR-1 visa. This type of visa allows employment, SSN, and you could even apply for driver's license CR-1 results is a green-card. K-3 has to wait for EAD which takes 90 days or more, and K-3 has to adjust status $1010 to get green-card.
