Sorry to be an idiot. My New Year's resolution is to get going on DH's green card, but for some reason the responsibility scares me! I am so worried that I will make a stupid mistake that will somehow jeopardize our chances. So here's my question: when I send in the I-130 (to Rome, right?) I will be including:

I-130 for DH

G-325A for DH

G-325A for me

Passport photos of DH

Filing fee

Copy of my passport (as evidence of citizenship)

Supporting evidence of our relationship

Do I need anything else? Should I include wedding photos and other photos (of our kids, for example) as evidence or should I save those for the interview?

I don't know why I am such a worrywart. I've got butterflies about the whole thing and we haven't even begun! I guess I'm just ready to get this family back to the States!

Sounds good. However, do you both live in Italy? If so, include proof of legal residence there for both of you guys. If not, you are not doing DCF, but other type of visa.

As per the pictures, save them for the interview. Also begin collecting all other documents -- I belive Naples moves quite fast.- Good Luck!!!!
