HELLO FRIEND

My fiancée has a temp job that will hopefully become permanent in the

next couple of months, but it's a low paid job and she owns no property

I have a close friend who is US citizen. He has offered to be my sponsor,

My question are

1) can we file I134 for my k3 visa or we have to submit I-864

2) can my friend sign another I-134 for me ?

or primary sponsor must be the petitioner (spouse)?

or can submit two I-134?

3) what is min income requriment to sign I-134

4) do we simply get two I-134 forms filled in by the two seprate sponsors?

You say fiancee, yet your profile indicates K-3, and you post this in the CR-1/IR-1 forum. What visa are you doing? K-1, K-3, CR-1??

1) I-134 is used at the consulate for K-Visas, NOT I-864. I-864 is for GREEN-CARDS. I-864 is used for CR-1 and IR-1 visas because they are green-card visas.

2) Primary sponsor must be petitioner spouse. A friend can be a co-sponsor if primary sponsor's income falls below 125% poverty line.

3) NO Minimum, if income is below 125% poverty line then get a co-sponsor.

4) YES.

dear friend

thanks for reply

we filed i-129f spouse and i-130 in CSC for k3 and CR-1 and IR-1

according to VJ if my both petition will aprove together

i can continue my k3 visa first

and submit I-134

my question was if my wife income is below poverty line

CAN MY WIFE AND MY FRIEND CAN SIGN TWO DEFFRIENT I-134 FORM. IF MY FRIEND IS US CITIZEN AND HIS INCOME IS ABOVE 125%OF POVERTY LINE

BECAUSE IN I- 134 FORM ,THERE IS NO CO-SPONSER OPTION

I THINK I HAVE TO SUBMIT TWO FORM

PLS SUGGEST

Two seperate I-134 forms, one from petitioner, and one from "Co-Sponsor" Most consulates will then choose the one that exceeds 125% poverty line.

And you are correct there is no Co-Sponsor option with I-134.
