Hello,

I have a question regarding the barcodes.

I'm going to fill in the DS-230 parts 1 and 2, sign them and send them to my husband in the US who will be my agent by DS-3032's choice.

Now, can he print the barcode, cut and glue it to the form? Because I don't see how he could copy-paste it to the form I have already signed?

Another question regarding DS-230: My 3 children aged 18, 16 and 10 are on my visa application. Do they have to fill in the DS-230 form separately as well?

08/30/08 Authorisation for Parole

11/19/08 SSN (valid for work only)

12/04/08 Initial Interview appointment / Rescheduling requested

02/03/09 Interview appointment / very easy, very nice officer, not too many questions, our evidences were enough

02/03/09 Green Card granted for the four of us

02/16/09 Green Cards arrived in the mail

Hello,

I didn't remember, looked up the copy that I send for my husband. I also asked him to make sure.

We only had to use the barcode to make a cover sheet for the DS-230 when we sent it... I did write on the top right side of the form my husband NVC number and did this will all the document that I sent to NVC. Just in case of being misplace.

The copies of the document that I took to my husband I wrote his NVC number....LOL I just don't want any mistake this far into the journey to be together...

But as far as you children I don't know did have to do this.
