Nature of the submission: I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Enclosed please find Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,

Form I-864 Affidavit of Support, Form I-131 Application for Travel Document,

Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization and all supporting documents,

My eligibility is based on admission as the fiancé of a U.S. citizen

and subsequent marriage to that citizen within 90 days of entry.

1. I-485 Application to Adjust Status for Martin David Mota Castillo with:

- Check: Payment in the amount of $1010 (Biometrics fee included)

- Two (2) passport-style photos of Martin XXX

- Copy of Martin XXX birth certificate in English and Spanish

- Copy of Martin XXX Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa)

- Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of NOA2 from I-129F

- Certified copy of Marriage Certificate

- Copy of the lease to our house

- Copy of Joint Bank Account

- Copy of Martin XX Georgia’s state drivers license

- Copy of Social security card

2. G-325A Biographic Information for Martin XXX XXX

3. I-693A vaccination supplement to the I-693 in sealed envelope for Martin XXX

4. I-864 Affidavit of Support filed by Amber Nicole Drummond with:

- Copy of Amber XXX birth certificate

- Federal income tax return, including W-2’s for the years 2005, 2006, 2007

- Letter from Amber XXX employer

- Copy of checking account balance

- Copy of "Ambers father" birth certificate

- Federal income tax return, including W-2’s for the years 2005, 2006, 2007

5. I-765 Application for Employment Authorization for Martin David Mota Castillo with:

- Two (2) passport-style photos of Martin XXX XXX

- Copy of his Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa)

- Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

6. I-131 Application for Travel Documentation

- Two (2) passport-style photos of XXX XXX XXX

- Copy of his Passport (including biographical page, K-1 Visa)

- Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration officer at a later date.

What do you guys think of it so far?

I am sending in I-131 also, so there is no fee if i send it with my AOS right?

Looks Good Amber -- and yes you should submit your I131 with the entire packet -- it is much easier that way. Get it done with so you dont have to think about it (ha ha -- not thinking about it yeah right!)

Get that packet in the mail and you will feel like you have removed 500 pounds from your shoulders!

21 Dec 09 biometric

On March 9, 2010, we ordered production of your new card.

12 March 2010 received approval letter in mail

16 March 2010 10 year Green Card received in mail exp date March 09 / 2020

April 14/2017 send N400 

04/25/17 credit card charged 

04/25/17 e mail NOA send 

05/01/17 hard copy of NOA dated 04/25 received in mail

05/06/17 biometric hard copy in mail 

05/19/17 Biometric appointment in Hartford CT 

07/17/17 Inline for Interview 

07/24/17 Interview letter in mail 

08/24/17 Interview in Springfield MA ... Yes Aproved

09/14/17 Oath Ceremony .... done I am a US citizen

09/22/17 Applied for Passport ( per reg mail ) 

10/04/17 got passport in mail  

10/13/17 got certificate in mail  , updated status with social security office
