Hubby was my client when I was a hooker back in Acapulco. Gave him frequent freebies, always under the influence of alcohol and mind altering substances and snared him in my tangled web of lies  , so I could come to America, have green card and a chance for a better life.

(sounds more exciting than "well, we were in Nerds-R-Us and found each other intellectually compatible")

Does he wish he was still a paying client? Or happy with the free services?

and who told you it's for free?????

...and here I thought you two met at one of our Commies for Christ rallies. Your version is certainly a lot more romantic, sis.

it was a communist brother Steve. Oh! those were the days.... :crying: :crying: :crying:

Met online in some forums; after a couple of years of chatting to each other I decided to take the plunge and arranged to stay with him and his parents for three weeks. That could've been awkward had things not worked out! T'was good fun, though. His parents are super cool and we had a trip to the Redwoods for a few days and then met up with a bunch of other forumers down in San Diego for a few nights of partying :dancing: There were six of us squeezed into a motel room!

From my profile (sorry for the lazyness :) )

"We met while working for the same company in October 2007. He came to Buenos Aires on a one month assignment. We started hanging out as friends, started to spend a lot of time together...and by the time he had to go back to the States, we knew we really liked each other and wanted to give this story a chance. I visited him in january, and spent 3 weeks together. We realized we were in love, and that we were extremely good together!. He came back to Buenos Aires in March and proposed...and late that month we started our visa journey. He came back in July to announce our engagement to the family, and spend 2 amazing weeks together. Aug 30 we had our interview and were approved. We were finally reunited 11th October 2007 and had a gorgeous wedding Oct 25th. Happily married and enjoying our life together!"

Saludos,

Caro

i met my husband while i was training in thailand in july of 2004 for a month. he came to the US in september of 2004 for 6 months and he proposed before he left, but we took our time and just talked and emailed i visited twice (the email was brutal due to his lack of english but we did it) and then in december 2006 we took the plunge and petitioned.

he was pretty cute about it, i was sort of adamant initially that i didn't want to date him and told him so, but he sort of went over my head and got very close to my mommy and she also adores him. he independently would just call my mom 2 or 3 times a week to chat while we are apart so they are very close which makes life wonderful for me. ^_^
