I have just assembled my AOS package and it's ready to be sent i just want y'all to see my checklist if i am missing anything

I was told that i need my DS 3025 to be transferred to I-693A Vaccination Supplement but i have also read that some people didn't transfer their medical vaccination from their home country and others have received RFE so it's a 50/50 on my part. I am just going to go ahead and mail my package off and try to get the DS 3025 transferred to I-693A Vaccination Supplement just in case they RFE me so that i will send the RFE with no delay. I don't want to waste any more time because i have been here for 6months now due to some personal reasons we couldn't file for my AOS until now.

Please y'all let me know if i am missing anything because this package is off to Chicago tomorrow afternoon.

I wanted to ask you one thing, how did you do your passport pictures for each form, did you use a baggy, what kind? and did you staple it to a blank sheet of paper?

I used a paper clip to clip 2 photos on the I-485 and same to the I-765.

Maintian:

Just check the K3 guides here on VJ and compare what you got to what is listed there. That's what I did and everything went well. If it helps, your contents look alright to me. From personal experience I can only advise you to get the I-693a done while you are waiting for the interview. I sent in the DS-3025 as well, did not receive a RFE for it but they asked for the I-693a right at the interview.
