Does I-824 form apply on Second K1!

I have been searching around and see what I-824 means. But I just want to make sure that I’m on the right page.

I received NOA2 today, but it mentions about I-824. Does the I-824 apply for K-3 only? Will this one also apply on second K-1? Because it said, “….since this is your second approved K-1…”. I also called NVC last Tuesday and had my case number. Please tell me what the next step I should do.

Much appreciation

Not enough information. How about at least a full sentence quoted, if not all? It would really help us understand the context.

Sorry about this. here is what it said,

"The petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. It has been noted this is your second approved I-129F petition and as such, your information has been entered in a multiple visa petition tracking database. Please contact the consulate with any questions about Visa issurance, or if you would now like them to forward the petition to a different consulate. The petitioner can also file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, with this office to request that we notify another consulate of thie petition approval for Visa processing purposes. THIS IS NOT A VISA AND MAY NOT BE USED IN PALCE OF VISA.

Please let me know. Thanks.

The I-824 would be relevant if you wanted the petition forwarded to a different Consulate. Otherwise, you can ignore the reference to it.
