I-551 stamp?

My wife entered the country yesterday on the CR-1, but there was nothing mentioned about an I-551 stamp. She asked the officer, and he said there is only one stamp that she's supposed to get...

The only stamp they put near her visa says:

"Alien has been notified of the provisions of section 216 and of the procedures for having the conditional basis of his/her status removed"

Is this the "stamp" that everyone is taking about?

Also, the visa says : "upon endorsement serves as a temporary I-551 evidencing permanent residence for 1 year"

Is she supposed to sign the visa at the poe?

01/24/2008 ----- VISA GRANTED!!!............PASSPORT IN HAND !!! :)

01/30/2008 ----- ARRIVAL TO U.S !!! :)

12/30/2009 ----- I-751 sent

Yes, that is the stamp, it makes passport act as a temp green-card, authorizing work and re-entry for up to 1 year after entry on the CR-1 visa.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Can anyone else confirm this?

there is no date on the stamp... just the visa says that upon endorsement it is good for 1yr....
