Maybe the increase in Visa fees is to get better equipment? How is it Montreal can't print out a friggin visa, which is only a sticky thing they put in your passport and Vancouver gave it to me within 15 min. of approval of Visa? So stupid!

Holy mackerel! 15 minutes! I thought mine was quick.... picked it up in Montreal about 3 hours later. I was going to comment that maybe they're inundated with applications. But, then, they're still only going to schedule the same amount of interviews per day, so....
