APPROVED!!!

I got a letter today from my Senator, who I wrote to about a month ago, and in it she said her staff contacted CSC Friday, and they told them both the 130 and 129F were approved and will be forwarded to the National Visa Center shortly! Guess that explains the touch on Friday! Now I just have to wait for the official NOA2 letter from CSC right? Then send that and copies of all other documents on to my wife?

VJr's I appreciate the help all of you have given me. August filers NOW is our time! Get ready for all of your NOA2's!

Congrats!! Best wishes on the rest of your journey!! Yes, you will get an NOA2 in the mail...go to the Guides at the top of this website so you can follow the process...tells you step by step...print it off cuz once at the NVC, things really move... good luck!

Hey El...almost wondering if we should get our husbands to call as our priority dates are almost at 7 months now, no touches for 4 1/2 months! ridiculous! I swear our files are together...probably on some bonehead's desk that is on sick leave! sheesh!

yup, I think you're in the same pile too July...actually I think only about 4 or 5 of us sitting there BUT I do have to say, there are some from June/July that are still sitting with nothing! ugh! Good luck on your journey!

I do believe that we have to wait 6 months from the original NOA1 date, even at that time, they'll tell you to wait 30 days.

CSC received my I-130 on July 27th and I have had no activity. Every time I call they tell me to wait 30 more days, blah, blah, blah. Very frustrating when I see people who filed after me get approvals. I have not had even one touch on my case, even when I call it doesn't show up as a touch on their system.

We're in the same thread. its really frustrating when seeing people who filed after us and got approvals. Me, my case recieved July 23rd in the CSC but there's still no development in it. I really dont know how they do it. The late July filers got approved.

Everyday, we checked our status online. and checked also the Immigration Timelines to see whos approve. So far i looked, JULY filers here who filed their timelines is only 16 and 6 July filers got approved.

but i just hope, early july filers got approve so soon. We'll always just pray.

Well after checking USCIS website every hour for my case status I finally saw what I have been praying for. My I130 and K3 have been approved on MARCH 10. My file was just touched once on March 10 and that was the approval. I am so happy that I am done with the first step. Keep your heads up people, now they are working on middle and late August files. All of us will get approved soon.
