Hi...When you received the notice of receipt for your I-129F, did it have an estimated time of how long it would take for USCIS to process? Also, after you received the NOA2, is that when they forward your petition to the US Embassy and then they schedule for an interview?

Thank you.

It seems that the applicants from late July are now being processed. That means we're next!

So maybe we should keep a thread in expetation of NOA2s :)

The delays in receiving NOA1s made our process very confusing and upseting. And now with rumors about the K-3 being canceled, just when we are about to be approved, it makes me feel that nothing about our process is usual and right :(

But let's remain positive.

Ever since I filed both I-130 and I-129F to CSC, I didn't received any indications that my documents were ever looked at.

How about you guys?

cant wait to get approval..!! hope the uscis will do something good to make the petition faster for all those couples that are waiting .. its been like forever . i hope that before they raise the fee they should know that it gonna be flooded of petitions and they should be ready for tons of application.. this is so frustrating but all we can do is wait and be patient.

Yup, no touches since October! I do believe that the 180 days is when your NOA1 was issued or am I wrong? Obviously priority date means nothing...

Hey fellow August filers-

I got two touches this past weekend! (Feb 29th and Mar 2nd) One Friday and another Sunday on both my 129F and 130 (receipt date of 19 Aug).

Do you think they've got people working weekends down there at CSC? Who's goin' through my stuff on a Sunday? It works for me! Anybody else around who filed on or close to my receipt date getting touches or approvals?

Hopefully we're close!!

congrats

I don't understand how her priority date could be before July 28....they didn't send either petition until Aug. 13.?! This appears to be a legitimate August K3 approval.

If both have been approved this is very good news for those of us praying for K3's.
