Packet 3 - Conflicting Information???

 Share

My fiance, Michael, was just about to send off Packet 3 when he called to make the appointment for his Medical Exam. The lady he spoke with on the phone gave him information that conflicts with info I've read here on Visajourney, and I just wanted to ask you guys to verify what's the correct info?

BTW -- this is filing for the London embassy.

1) The Medical Questionnaire is not mailed back with the rest of Packet 3. My fiance would keep it and bring it to the exam with him.

2) The Case Number is NOT the Receipt Number that begins with "EAC". Instead, it's something else that begins with "LND". If this is true, then where were we supposed to find the Case Number? I know the Receipt Number is on our NOA's.

Is this right???

HELP! :(

I know the Receipt Number is on our NOA's. It does begin with LND. He should be able to find it on the Packet 3 cover letter; I seem to recall it's near the bottom of the letter.

Is this right??? In short, yes! :)
