I've filed for an I -130 and K3 During peaktime of the June-July months. We have the I 130 processing and Just now they started seriously looking or "internally processing" our K3 case when they said we would not be getting the K3. If we already have our I -130 approved why are they now looking and asking for extra evidence for the k3? If we submit this extra evidence they are asking for the K3 how long will we wait for an approval? Does it go straight to my husbands country or will it have to process through the NVC first? I've been advised its only 2 months time and my husband will be here but i dont buy this kind of timeframe 1%. Extremely confused and would love any advice or similar experiences from others. :help::wacko::blink::unsure:
