page 2 of instructions at

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-751instr.pdf

5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people whohave known both of you since your conditional residencewas granted and have personal knowledge of yourmarriage and relationship. (Such persons may be requiredto testify before an immigration officer as to theinformation contained in the affidavit.) The originalaffidavit must be submitted and also contain the followinginformation regarding the person making the affidavit:his or her full name and address; date and place of birth;relationship to you or your spouse, if any; and fullinformation and complete details explaining how theperson acquired his or her knowledge. Affidavits must besupported by other types of evidence listed above.

What if you have more than adequate documentation from number 1 thru 4.

Please let us know.

Is there anyone here that has applied for the Adjustment "and" didn't have any afidavits? Did USCIS send it back to you with an RFE???

I've seen a number of people get RFEs when they thought they had sent in sufficient evidence. They responded to the RFEs with affidavits and even more of the types of evidence they had already sent in previously.

I did not send in affidavits, but that's because we have two kids together. If we were childless, I probably would have sent in affidavits. Bottom line: they can only help.

Meh
