I hope you can help me with my situation. I am now filling out the affidavit of support (i-864)form and I have no clue what to put in the annual income section (questions 23, 24a & 24c) and this is the reason why. I just started a new job last year (2007 September) in USPS (United States Postal Service) so the most recent tax return is only for a few months (Setmember to December of 2007). So that won't be enough to make it to the poverty guide and my annual income was only for the months of September to December, but my per hour rate is way good enough to pass the poverty guide and to support my wife. Should I put down a good estimate how much I would be making annually according to my per hour rate in questions 23, 24a & 24c? There is a part in the form where I need to put the actual gross income from the IRS which is from September to December (question 25). For question 25 I know I need to put the amount from the IRS when I filed. So if I put an estimate of my annual income base on hourly rate in questions 23, 24a & 24c it will be larger than in question 25. They will not be exact. So what should I do? Should I put an estimate annual income base on my hourly rate? Please help. I am afraid that they may not grant or approve her green card. Thank you so much in advance.

We have several interviews scheduled...Am waiting to hear(or get) approval(s) on cases that have been transferred to CSC..

I don't think anyone in the FEB list has gotten approval after being transferred..

hoping for quick approval for transferred cases :thumbs:

LEAFY!!! I GOT IT!! well the approval! they sent an email saying I qualified for expedition..and then there was the **approval has been sent** email..(that was at 10:00 this morning..and then at 5:00 my EAD has been ordered!! so..I'll be on a fly very early next week..(monday if I can swing it!)

not to get your hopes down, but i highly doubt you will have the AP document by early as next monday. mine was approved last thursday and it said they mailed it that day and i have yet to receive it. we had made plans to go visit family in vancouver canada this weekend as well, but looks like well have to cancel that unless the document comes tomorrow or later today. but i wish the best to you and hope everything works out ok for your daughter.

I've read about expedited APs getting FedEx'ed so there's still hope you can be with your daughter very soon. I wish you all the luck in the world, Shawna, and hope you get it soon!

I know..lol I got a little excited and forgot I don't actually have it IN hand(felt like it..brainfart I guess :rofl: )

I have checked every possible way to try and book a flt..and move it a day if need be..its 150.00 a ticket to cancel..so..its cheaper to just book last minute!

The ead finally arrived in the mail today. It's strange that I got it before the AP bcos the AP notice was sent first. Well, I'm not in a hurry to travel. This is quite a few months away so I'll be patient... Good luck to all you guys whom are still waiting!!! :dancing:

ive seen 3 or 4 people have interviews cancelled from jan and feb filers. i think uscis is just pushing it back cause there behind.

damn, we were hoping to get AP today to travel this weekend. but if you dont got it, i guess we wont cause yours was approved 2 days before. did anyone else get AP document yet that was approved last week?

My wife's AP was approved on April 24 and we received the AP yesterday with the mail.
