Congrats to all getting approvals. My wife got her green card yesterday in the mail. It took 13 days to arrive from the day of our interview, extremely fast IMO. Now I just need SSN to arrive.........hurry up !!!!!

Wow. I just looked at your timeline. That was quick getting the GC. Congrats!! Hopefully the rest of us Feb filers will hear something soon!

October 2006 - I-129F sent

10/24/2007 - INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!....APPROVED!!

10/30/2007 - Visa in hand!

AOS Timeline:

1/30/08 - Sent AOS pkg Priority Mail with USPS

3/12/08 - Biometrics taken

3/29/08 - EAD and AP in hand for me and my son

5/21/08 - Email-GC on its way!...RFE for my son's application

5/27/08 - GC arrives!!!

7/02/08 - Sons GC arrives!!!

ROC TIMELINE

3/23/10 - ROC sent!

3/29/10 - NOA1

4/22/10 - Biometrics Appt for me and my son

6/30/10 - Email saying card production ordered for me and my son

7/6/10 - Letter in the mail saying cards will arrive within 60 days

7/10/10 - Both cards received!

I got an email from CRIS saying that my EAD card is approved, although I had already gotten two emails last week saying that card production was ordered.

Exactly the same here. First "EAD card ordered" notice on April 23; second "EAD card ordered" on April 28; and "EAD approved" today on May 1. Where's the logic???

that same thing goes for me 2 days ago but today I checked the mail box and MY EAD IS FINALLY HERE!!!! YAHOOOOO :dance:

Your signature says that you received a CRIS email stating that your 'case was being processed' - this is an unusual message, could you elaborate on what events led to the generation of this email? thank you!

not to get your hopes down, but i highly doubt you will have the AP document by early as next monday. mine was approved last thursday and it said they mailed it that day and i have yet to receive it. we had made plans to go visit family in vancouver canada this weekend as well, but looks like well have to cancel that unless the document comes tomorrow or later today. but i wish the best to you and hope everything works out ok for your daughter.
