Today we had some pretty bad news. Zakaria's father had passed away this afternoon like I said before he had hepatitus c for the past 4 years and couldn't take it anymore. They said when he was going he was happy so to muslims that means he saw the white light:). He will be missed. Inchallah

10/17/05 Answered email from him asking to talk

10/20/05 First time talking on hotmail msn

2/5-15/06 First visit, love his family celebrated my 20th birthday there

6/15- 7/15/06 stayed at parents house again in Morocco got engaged

10/16/06 got a good job so I had to wait to see him again

1/14-28/07 went to see him again for the last time in Morocco

2/8/07 happy birthday to me and I sent the papers for K-1

2/12/07 NOA1 for K-1 visa

2/28/07 NOA2 For K-1

3/1/07 sent to Visa Center

4/15/07 interview

STUPID TERRORISTS RUINED THE INTERVIEW DATE

waited for 2 months of nothing

6/5/07 interview

6/10/07 got visa

6/26/07 came to america

8/8/07 got MARRIED YEA FINALLY!!!

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

Nov 30 2007 - I enter US as a tourist to spend the ski season with my sweetie and figure out what we both want outta life - we plan on ending up in Canada, but...

Jan 30 2008 - We get married in Vegas! We decide to stay in the US.

Feb 08 2008 - File I-130, I-485, AP and EAD

Feb 11 2008 - Package arrives in Chicago

Feb 19 2008 - Receive NOA 1 for everything except I-485. NOA date Feb 15th

Feb 19 2008 - Touch I-130, AP, EAD

Feb 21 2008 - Receive I-485 NOA 1. NOA Date Feb 15th

Feb 22 2008 - Receive Biometrics notice, dated Feb 20th, for appointment March 11th

Feb 27 2008 - Walk in to Denver field office and have Biometrics taken early as the 11th March I'll be away

Apr 16 2008 - EAD card production ordered

Apr 16 2008 - AP approval sent

Apr 21 2008 - AP received in mail

Apr 21 2008 - EAD card production email received again - strange

Apr 24 2008 - EAD card approval notice sent email

So sorry for your loss. I know from experience that even when it is, all things considered, better for someone not to suffer anymore, it is hard to be left behind. I'm wishing you and Zakaria the strength you need.

We filed Feb. 11th but they did not send NOA1 til March 13.... Our NOA1 notice states a date of received Feb. 14. Which date counts? The Feb Date or the date they sent the NOA1 which is March???

In my case, that's what happened.

They apprived my EAD and AP a week after biometrics, so I would hazard a guess they did it on the received date....

Hi Soch-

i remember you from the VSC thread...very happy to be done with that forum! I was also wondering about the EAD emails...the one I received said the card would arrive within 30 days, but I never received the one you have about the approval notice being sent. Did you get a card production one? Or can anyone else clarify this? Also, do EAD and AP come relatively close together? Still no emails about AP...

Dont worry.... we did not recieve a touch on EAD since bio 4/4 neither a touch on AP since 3/16. SO it should be coming soon. Also, i never rec'd emails during the petion process from CRIS... so I never expected them this time around... SO dont be surprised if you are approved and never get an email.

Also, yes.. we will receive the the NOA approval... BUT DO WE LATER RECIEVE A NOTICE STAING CARD PRODUCTION OREDERED??
