Question: how many see their AOS and EAD on the USCIS case status page, but not AP? My both case numbers for AOS and EAD have appeared on their website duly after I've completed biometrics on 03/25, but AP case number is still not recognized. Could it be that they lost my AP application? How common is this?

same here. i thought the hassle was over when i had the visastamp in my passport. :(

Does anybody know how long it will take to get an interview notice? I think I'm going to end up having an interview because I came in on and F-1 visa, and before that on my dad's work visas. And do they usually show it as a touch if you are getting an interview or do you just receive something in the mail? Thanks!

I haven't had any touches on AOS, transfer notices (I don't think I will get transfered), or any notices to say that we have an interview. At least I have school and a job to keep me busy now. Otherwise I would go crazy just waiting for touch or something!

you receive something in the mail stating what is going on. you will get a touch as well and it will say what is going on.

10/17/05 Answered email from him asking to talk

10/20/05 First time talking on hotmail msn

2/5-15/06 First visit, love his family celebrated my 20th birthday there

6/15- 7/15/06 stayed at parents house again in Morocco got engaged

10/16/06 got a good job so I had to wait to see him again

1/14-28/07 went to see him again for the last time in Morocco

2/8/07 happy birthday to me and I sent the papers for K-1

2/12/07 NOA1 for K-1 visa

2/28/07 NOA2 For K-1

3/1/07 sent to Visa Center

4/15/07 interview

STUPID TERRORISTS RUINED THE INTERVIEW DATE

some good and bad news today. zaki's birthday was yesterday so happy birthday to him. but his father hasnt been doing so good. he was in the hospital for about 4 or 5 days. he has hepatitis c and has been hurting him for the past 5 years. his liver has litterly stoped working and now it puts water on his stomach which spread to his lungs. it got bad to where he was in enough pain that he couldnt barely talk. still nothing on our ead or aos no touches or anything grrr. come on something please. just no other rfe.

I haven't had any touches on AOS, transfer notices (I don't think I will get transfered), or any notices to say that we have an interview.

I'm in the same boat as you guys. EAD approved, but no touch and no transfer on the AOS since then. :crying:

I know some files get transferred to the California Service Center, but now I am seeing some transferred to the National Benefits Center. What is that one??

My applications is at the NBC too. I think when you mail of your application to Chicago lockbox then they will transfer it to the NBC which i know one is at Missouri. Not sure though
