Well, I just got home (off work an hour early) and there they were..in the mailbox....NOA's for the AOS, EAD and the I-131!!! YEA!!!! I'm so excited!! Lots of happy dancing!!

I know I'm a March filer, but since I started here thinking we'd be Feb filers (had to wait for a document) I thought I'd share my news with my friends here as well!!

Well, the mystery is over....after 38 days, I came home to my returned package...it was rejected because my wife didn't sign the I-130....sent it back in today, will get there Monday....so I guess farewell February filers , hello March filers....

Well, the mystery is over....after 38 days, I came home to my returned package...it was rejected because my wife didn't sign the I-130....sent it back in today, will get there Monday....so I guess farewell February filers , hello March filers....

Yeah, rambaldi! It feels good to be on the same thread again with fellow k-1 april filers. I was reading this thread before sending off my application and was worried that I might not be able to make it as a Feb filer...but I'm here now!

Weee! Hope we won't have as much delays as with our K-1 process before. I expect AOS to be better!

Hi, everyone!

We got REF'd: we have a joint sponsor, and they wanted evidence that she is an American resident or citizen.

The copy of her passport was received today, at 4:34 P.M. by R. Robinson.

For putting the file together on my own, I'd say i did a pretty good job!

I wonder when I will get my EAD and if gte REF'd again.....

More good news!!! They approved my AP also and both EAD and AP were mailed out!! Check my signature for dates! I'm so excited!!

Thanks everyone!! Hope you guys here about yours soon! I didn't have any touches after my biometrics appointment until they sent me the emails about the card production being ordered and mailed off and the AP being approved and a notice being mailed. Good luck!!
