I am in the same position. I just called the Customer Service number and they say my case is still not in their system!

It has been more than a month now.

Hi Smicelle....sorry to hear you are on the same boat....I suggest you schedule an infopass appt if you haven't heard anything in another couple of weeks....that is if what I was told by the IO holds any water, who really knows....

12/15/2007: Wedding

02/11/2008: AOS/EAD/AP/I-130 package sent

02/12/2008: Package received by USCIS

03/21/2008: Received package back (38 days), rejected due to missing signature on I-130 (darn it!!)

03/21/2008: Sent the package back to USCIS

03/23/2008: Package received and signed for by J Morones

03/27/2008: NOA dates

03/28/2008: Checks cleared!

03/29/2008: Received all 4 NOAs in the mail

03/31/2008: All 4 cases are online

04/02/2008: Biometrics letter (appointment for April 15th, 9am)

After weeks of checking, the I-765 (but not the I-485 or I-131) is now in the USCIS database! Anyone else have only one or two of their cases online?

When I added that case this morning, the last touch was 3/10 (after biometrics on 3/8, I'm guessing).

Now, it's 3/18, i.e. today. I know they received the RFE reply today, so that may be it. Still wondering about the AOS and AP though. Maybe I'll get the EAD in record time..maybe the sun will stop shining in California... :dance:

Still hoping to be one of the few (if not the first) LA-based AOS cases to clear the course without an interview.

nope, my ead wasn't touched since I changed address (26th feb), and before that it wasn't touched since NOA, not even for biometrics

I didn't even get a "your EAD has been approved" just straight into the card has been mailed.

Congratulations to you and to Musicgirl. I remember, two times when I was applying for EAD for after school (F-1, OPT), my application was never touched and I got the card in mail, just like you, with no previous notice.

I was kind of in shock because I didn't think we'd hear anything for a few more weeks. Looks like they are getting to us February filers! Good luck to everyone!
