Hi guys!

I am also February filler and everything is going well so far. My only issue is that I can't access the USCIS online case status yet, but I assume that is common problem.

I hope I will receive invitation for Biometric appointment within 1-2 weeks!

I have the same problem. I am not able to access the case status online, and I also read that such is the case for others at time. So, I wouldn't worry about it.

Your biometrics are probably in the mail and coming. Your NOA date is one day after mine, so I would expect your Biometrics to arrive by the end of this week. I wouldn't feel panicked even if they are to come next week, let's say...

We received NOA1's via snail mail (3 of them) for the I131, I485, and I765.

BUT- we cannot register online at the USCIS with the receipt number. And, for some reason, all three notices did not come from the Chicago lockbox where we sent it, but rather Lee's Summit, MO.

We're now just waiting for a Biometrics appt- and hopefully no RFE's. (We're kind of expecting one for not sending in the vaccination form.

I haven't been able to access my case online either. Also, my NOA came from MO too. No worries.

just mailed in my RFE documents....... the waiting begins.......... :crying: :crying:

No, if you log in properly, you get a schematic map of the USCIS building, with a little red dot which goes "bleep bleep" which marks your file, then there are lots of geen dots wandering rond which go "chip chip" and occassionally a green dot hits a red dot and you get a "BEEP BEEP!" and someone gets approved. Its addictive, watching it, edge-of-the-seat stuff.

not really.. what you described above is the only view we hopefuls have into the mysterious machinations of USCIS processing. Keep your eye on the date, when that changes you have a "touch". Three "touches" make a "feel", and on your third "feel" you can either "stick", or "twist", or if you don't have anything sticky or twisty you can knock on the table and ... sorry, I'm making it up again. You can tell I'm bored, waiting for my EAD

Just another biometrics update. My husband had his appt in Boston yesterday, we showed up an hour early and they let us right in. It was only about 30 minutes. Not very exciting, but one step closer!

Laura's case was transfered to the CSC on the 3rd...moving along.

Weather for Saturday, her biometric appt, is windy and blustery...I hope that's not a sign.

I did not have Biometric for my Travel document they just use the Visa picture I send together with my AOS packet.

I guess biometric was for EAD and Green card..

Quick question for those who have already had their bio appointment-- there is no need for the non-citizen to go, is there? I wouldn't mind the moral support ;-) but it seems silly for my husband to take time off from work if it's not necessary.

The appt was just for EAD and I-485. Nothing ever came up about the travel document. We also submitted 6 pics with our application so maybe they will use that? I didn't hear anything about new requirements or anything.

I guess you meant that there is no need for the US Citizen to go right? if that was the question, the foreign spouse can go by his/herself, there is absolutely no need for somebody else.
