Thought my package fell into a black hole, slipped off someone's desk into the trash can etc etc

dammit, guess I'm a MARCH filer???

So despite they sat on my stuff for a MONTH, I guess the NOA dates will be from now and not from when I SENT it?

Yay!!!! That must be such a relief. I don't know what determines whether you're a Feb. or a March filer but it's quite incredible that you would be a March filer even though you filed in the first days of Feb... In any event you can be an honorary Feb filer.

I'm kinda lost with this whole list. I saw my name on it and wondered about something. On the weekend I got a letter from USCIS of a transfer notice saying my case has been sent from Chicago to California for faster processing. Is that what this whole "transfer" thingy is on the list? Thanks for any clarification!

10/24/2007 - INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!....APPROVED!!

10/30/2007 - Visa in hand!

AOS Timeline:

1/30/08 - Sent AOS pkg Priority Mail with USPS

3/12/08 - Biometrics taken

3/29/08 - EAD and AP in hand for me and my son

5/21/08 - Email-GC on its way!...RFE for my son's application

5/27/08 - GC arrives!!!

7/02/08 - Sons GC arrives!!!

ROC TIMELINE

3/23/10 - ROC sent!

3/29/10 - NOA1

4/22/10 - Biometrics Appt for me and my son

6/30/10 - Email saying card production ordered for me and my son

7/6/10 - Letter in the mail saying cards will arrive within 60 days

7/10/10 - Both cards received!

Yes, they transfered your case to CSC that's the transfer date. Congrats on the transfer!

Wow, that's aggravating but at least you have seen some progress....I'm really happy for you! Hopefully that is the only setback in your case....

As far as mine goes, I will sit and wait...at this point I'll be happy if they get this thing going on the 31st day....

Hi guys!

I am also February filler and everything is going well so far. My only issue is that I can't access the USCIS online case status yet, but I assume that is common problem.

I hope I will receive invitation for Biometric appointment within 1-2 weeks!

I have the same problem. I am not able to access the case status online, and I also read that such is the case for others at time. So, I wouldn't worry about it.

Timeline:

2/19/2008 - Filed I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

2/20/2008 - Package received in Chicago

2/26/2008 - Checks Cashed

3/01/2008 - Received all 4 NOA's

3/04/2008 - Received Biometrics appointment for 3/18/2008 at 9 a.m.

3/18/2008 - Completed biometrics appointment in Seattle, WA

4/30/2008 - EAD approved

5/01/2008 - AP approved

5/09/2008 - EAD arrives in mail

5/10/2008 - AP arrives in mail

9/18/2008 - Interview Letter arrives in mail dated 10/17

10/17/2008 - Interview in Seattle, approved, now waiting for GC

11/12/2008 - Email received that Card Production was Ordered on 11/10
