I got RFE today in the mail :( for I-485
I'm sorry. We have the same NOA-2 but I haven't heard from USCIS again after Biometrics update. So I'm not sure if I have RFE or case transferred.

I just got an email stating my case had been transferred to California. Anyone know exactly what this might mean? I have heard you don't have to interview if this happens, but does this speed up the whole process in general? I haven't even had the biometrics appt yet.

Got three NOA's today, notice date is 02/27. None of the case numbers match the one on the back of my check. :D

My case was transferred to CSC on Feb 29.
Congratulations on the transfer. :thumbs:

NOA received today as well as the biometrics appointment. Hubby has the forms so I won't know the receipt date until I get off work. Biometrics appt is for 3/15 @ 12. :)

Well, we filed AOS on Feb. 23- (certified return receipt) and the check hasn't been cashed nor, the USPS green reply card returned. We are starting to worry.

I haven't a clue of where we are now...

I got my bio appt letter too! It's on the 26th this month. 1 thing I noticed on the letter under Service Center it says MSC. Does that mean our package is at the MSC now?

What's your recourse if your bio-metrics appointment is delayed or if you never get one within a certain period of time?

I know I can schedule an Infopass or call the 800 #..what else can I do?

:dance: We received NOA1's via snail mail (3 of them) for the I131, I485, and I765.

BUT- we cannot register online at the USCIS with the receipt number. And, for some reason, all three notices did not come from the Chicago lockbox where we sent it, but rather Lee's Summit, MO.

We're now just waiting for a Biometrics appt- and hopefully no RFE's. (We're kind of expecting one for not sending in the vaccination form.

March 29 RFE- Birth Cert. translation :(

April 8- RFE received; case resumed processing (at National Benefits Center)

April 11- Case transferred to California Service Center

April 29 - EAD and AP approved... finally honeymoon in Mexico!

May 29- AOS approved e-mail received!!!!!!

June 7- Greencard arrived in mail!

:dance: We received NOA1's via snail mail (3 of them) for the I131, I485, and I765.

BUT- we cannot register online at the USCIS with the receipt number. And, for some reason, all three notices did not come from the Chicago lockbox where we sent it, but rather Lee's Summit, MO.

We're now just waiting for a Biometrics appt- and hopefully no RFE's. (We're kind of expecting one for not sending in the vaccination form.

I haven't been able to access my case online either. Also, my NOA came from MO too. No worries.

:thumbs: I don't think you get a response per se. I think they update your case indicating that your RFE was received. Can you see your case online yet?
