10/22/2010: Status Changed Online "Request for evidence" It was for Biometrics.

10/25/2010: Request for evidence recieved "Biometrics Notice".

11/18/2010: Biometrics date ==> 11:00AM. Biometrics was taken On time.

12/03/2010: "Yellow Letter" Received.

Hello Wonder-full AOS VJers,

I could use some help over here.

A couple of questions - for now and for later - and off goes my package as well...phew!

1. Should I wait for my SSN to arrive (applied Jan31st) to fill in those fields on the 3 forms?

Or simply put "pending" or something and send them.

2. I am following Krikit's (aka Crikey) advice and not bothering with getting my DS 3025 transfered to the I-693A. I can not believe how many times i am certain they have not read a single thing I/we have typed/written up for them. I found an error and it blew my mind that they didn't catch it on my first G325A bio stuff. Ha.

3. The AP: as per what Crikey told me this in the forums, "Your travel dates are to be determined and your reason for travel is preparation in the event of an emergency and/or to visit family." and my question now is this:

on page 2 part 3 it says in bold to skip to part 7 if applying for AP Document. What is the diff? What document? In the sample form from VJ there are so many blank fields and there is not much to follow. So I should just write the above phrase in one of the fields somewhere?? Ahhhh... help help!

4. As far as "evidence of marriage" goes, we are most definitely a real married couple. I have kept my birth name though and our bank accounts are separate and the house was his (8 years) and so it is in his name, etc etc...we are planning on moving into the city and we will put both our names on the lease or if we buy a condo on the ownership papers (whatever they are called). The US bank account I have had for over 2 years and as both of us in our 40s we have had a long life as individuals...what would you recommend we pool together to appease USCIS?

Mailed request to remove conditions – July 7, 2010

Landed permanent resident approved – August 23rd, 2010

Second funny looking card arrives – August 31st, 2010
