Reading about all of the approvals is great! Unfortunately for me...i have yet to be approved! Should i be concerned???? Do you guys think I should make an info pass apt or should i just wait it out a bit longer. Basically...i am in on a K3 (multiple entry) so I can go home to Canada whenever I want. I have my EAD so I can work. I dont really need my GC right this moment. BUT it still makes me nervous that it has not been approved. What if there is something wrong??? What would you guys do? I have had no touches or no action for a while.

No updates on my status either. My lawyer says that there is nothing I can do except wait. I have decided to make an Infopass appointment in mid-August if the status quo continues.

Hang in there guys it should be coming! If you look at the timelines for your local offices they are still in Oct/ Nov. whichs means that as of July 15th they were working on those dates. So I say you should hear from them in less then 2 months. For some reason all the Local offices on the West coast seem to be taking forever to process cases.

Finally! Got a letter for initial interview on Sept. 24. Kindly update... does initial interview means there will be more interview in the future???

To other fellow Vjer's just be patient... I bet your's are being processed also...

No update on the USCIS case status website but I just got my letter today. FYI

atleast our eads an aps seem in order, lili you applied a few days before me, got ead and ap few days before, shadow you applied few days after me and got ead and ap few days after. but thats NBC doin there job. we can just hope and wait for IL. who knows, we may have in on the same day.

HI all,

Just checking in to say congrats to the few approvals:) And chins up for those still waiting...

We just moved across country to north county San Diego in a Uhaul, towing my car, through all kinds of big adventures, and are unpacking and exploring our new town. It feels so different now that we are both in a relatively new place (my husband is from San Diego but has not lived here since childhood, and not this far north). It is more of a joint adventure, not just me. Yay!

Concurrent I-130 and AOS

Nov 30 2007 - I enter US as a tourist to spend the ski season with my sweetie and figure out what we both want outta life - we plan on ending up in Canada, but...

Jan 30 2008 - We get married in Vegas! We decide to stay in the US.

Feb 08 2008 - File I-130, I-485, AP and EAD

Feb 11 2008 - Package arrives in Chicago

Feb 19 2008 - Receive NOA 1 for everything except I-485. NOA date Feb 15th

Feb 19 2008 - Touch I-130, AP, EAD

Feb 21 2008 - Receive I-485 NOA 1. NOA Date Feb 15th
