I had my GC interview on 5/28/2008 and i am glad to say that it went well and my conditional GC has been approved.

tonite i also got the email from CRIS saying my card production has been ordered.

From Date of filing(2/15/2008) to Approval(5/28/2008) 103 days.

hope everyone else gets their interview dates and gets approved without any problems.

Checks cashed 2/26/2008 Day 11

NOA Receipts 2/27/2008 Day 12

Biometrics Notice 3/01/2008 for 3/13/2008 Day 15

RFE Notice Online 3/07/2008 Day 21

Biometrics Done 3/13/2008 Day 27

RFE Recieved 3/14/2008 Day 28

RFE Sent 3/20/2008 Day 34

RFE Recieved on 3/27/2008 - Case Resumed Day 41

Interview Date Letter Rcvd 4/08/2008 for 5/28/2008 Day 53

17/03/2008:-AOS touched, and case processing has resumed

08/05/2008:-Made Infopass appointment in Atlanta for Friday 16th

21/05/2008:-EAD Card production ordered

22/05/2008:-EAD Touched

27/05/2008:-EAD Card Production ordered again

27/05/2008:-Case transferred to CSC' I am K3 Holder,This is Strange Folks

29/05/2008:-Approval notice sent for EAD

I am so happy. I got my approval for my AOS May 28th. I was at work when Tony went to the USCIS website and there was the email stating that it had been approved. Having it transfered to California does speed the process up. I didn't have to have an interview. I now can leave the country and visit my family.

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

Feb 18th, 2008-Paperwork mailed by laywer.

Feb 24th, 2008-NOA for all

March 22nd, 2008-Biometrics appointment.

March 24th, 2008-Touch on I-765

April 17th, 2008-Touch on I-485

April 30th, 2008-Card production ordered.

May 5th, 2008-Card production ordered again.

May 6th, 2008-Touch on I-765

May 8th, 2008-Approval notice sent for I-765

May 9th, 2008-Received EAD card in mail.

May 17th, 2008-Another touch on EAD (?)

May 21st, 2008-Interview date.

June 9th, 2008-Card production ordered and I-130 finally showing up online.

June 13th, 2008-Welcome letter arrived in mail.

June 18th, 2008-"Approval letter sent" email received from CRIS.

June 20th, 2008-Green card received!

hehe I sure hope so. I'm just so impatient to hear something...the longer it takes the more I worry. I-485 hasn't been touched since April 17th. Of course the interviewer did say she was convinced we were married, so that should mean it's just a matter of time. The waiting is driving me crazy though. ;)

Mine hasnt been touched since beginning of March. This is just depressing. :(

I got my green card on Tuesday the 27th!!!!

Here's my K-1 Timeline:

October 2006 - I-129F sent

10/24/2007 - INTERVIEW DATE!!!!!....APPROVED!!

10/30/2007 - Visa in hand!

AOS Timeline:

1/30/08 - Sent AOS pkg Priority Mail with USPS

3/12/08 - Biometrics taken

3/29/08 - EAD and AP in hand for me and my son

5/21/08 - Email-GC on its way!...RFE for my son's application

5/27/08 - GC arrives!!!

7/02/08 - Sons GC arrives!!!

ROC TIMELINE

3/23/10 - ROC sent!

3/29/10 - NOA1

4/22/10 - Biometrics Appt for me and my son

6/30/10 - Email saying card production ordered for me and my son

7/6/10 - Letter in the mail saying cards will arrive within 60 days

7/10/10 - Both cards received!

I know what you mean the longer it takes when you see others it makes you panic a bit, so I am there with you. I am sure yours is just in a pile that got another file ontop of it and will surface within the next few days.
