Is anyone else unable to get on the USCIS page? I'm sure there are other people trying to check nonstop!! It says the server is busy.

I just tried and can't get on it either.

I just rebooted and was able to log in.

No fear, I got in as well!! Maybe too many people are trying to see if their GC was approved!

Yes...I really was hoping we'd be told something more encouraging before we left. She did tell us she thought it was a legitimate marriage and said she didn't need to look at the pictures, cards, and a small mountain of other documents I had brought with us. I think/hope that should be a good sign we'll be approved.

I was kind of worried that she didn't really seem to ask a lot of questions, nor request even half the items on the list...On the other hand I did bring in a huge case full of folders, papers, and pictures, so maybe she just wanted to see what she considered the most important documents and felt no need to go through the rest.

Our lawyer said that as we'd already sent in some things with the initial paperwork she probably only needed a few things for her file and that we shouldn't worry, easier said than done heh. I'm hoping to get an email notice or something soon, the waiting is killing me.

My EAD received a touch after I received it too. I haven't thought about it too much thought. Probably some kind of administrivia being performed by USCIS.

FINALLY received EAD, it took over a month, This is BS, I thought they processed these in the order that they received them, Our AOS has not been touched since March 18.

I just notice our NOA1 says that our I485 AOS is at the NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER.

I check the "Processing Dates for Applications and Petitions" at the National Benefits

center, and It doesn't show the I485 AOS as being processed there.

Does anybody know if they process I485's at the NBC?

I am worried that my application is sitting at the NBC and not being processed, this would not be the

first time this has happened to me. My I-129f, was sent to El Paso by mistake and it took 3 months to

get that straightened out.

I'm not sure if this helps you or not, but my I-485 was sent to the NBC. My last update reads:

"On February 28, 2008, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register."

We just had our interview in Atlanta, and are waiting to hear the results.

waitingincolo from the response of Stillness it sounds like your case is just not been updated online and this seems to be quite common. Hang in there, I hope you hear something soon. Have you tried to call to see if they can tell you where your case is currently?

Well I just got an RFE for my son's application. He needs to get a medical exam done again, even though he had one done within the year before we filed for AOS. More than likely, it'll only be for the TB test, which I had done already at the health dept. Also they are asking for another Affidavit of Support form to be filed out by my husband. I don't know why when we already sent that as well with the AOS pkg. My husband made more than the 125%. It's just so much of an inconvience when my application was approved and my card is being mailed now and I have to do all this just for my 4 year old son.
