April 06, 2010 - mailed I-751 documents via usps express mail(overnight)with delivery confirmation

April 07, 2010 - packet delivered and signed

April 12, 2010 - check was cashed

April 13, 2010 - received NOA1 (dated 04/08/10)

May 07, 2010 - Biometrics

May 10, 2010 - Touched

June 23, 2010 - APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW!!!

Congrats to everyone that was approved!!

I get the impression that the people that didn't get touches lately are getting their approvals...

I set my mind on July for me. If I don't have my GC by July I will start to get worried.

Same here for me was looking for July or August, if not then I will worry lol. Bonus for anything before that.

Interesting! leafgal, darkhorse, sweetpink, secondstage and me (soch) all received soooo many touches and none of us have been approved. I for sure thought one of us would be next but thats what I get for trying to figure out the system. Guess no touches are better :huh:

And what to do if interview notice is misdelivered? Our mail man kinda sucks; he's been misdelivering lots of important mail. Is there any other way to check for the interview date?

Aug 2006 met at regatta in Greece

03/20/2007 I-129f mailed to TSC

08/06/2007 NOA-2, 118 days from the 1st notice.

10/24/2007 Interview in Moscow, visa approved

12/06/2007 Entered at JFK, got EAD stamp.

01/25/2008 Married in St. Augustine, FL

02/19/2008 AOS package mailed

09/30/2008 AOS interview - APPROVED!

10/11/2008 Green card in the mail

01/14/2009 Our little girl, Fiona Elizabeth, was born on Jan. 14, 2009 :-)

Yep. Its pretty random :unsure: ...I still see some Dec filers waiting for their GC...

USCIS needs to show more transparency in its process of approval/denial.. :blink:

No touches are better ..Even better is having an interview date so at the end of the interview you'll get a yay or nay..
