No touches for me today

K-1 journey, AOS/EAD and ROC in my timeline

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

No touches since filing.

For all of you complaining of no touches since yesterday, please try to be thankful.

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

I have not gotten a touch today... Aside from JaEnglishgirl... did anyone else? second stage? Leafgal? darkhorse? sweet pink?

no touches for wednesday and today (thursday) :(

we have the same touches sweet pink..after touched on May 13th then no touch..after all that tickle and nothing??? :rofl: ..

02/28/2008 - Biometrics Appointment- 9am

03/19/2008 - EAD card production ordered

03/14/2008 - AP approved and mailed!!!!!!

03/20/2008 - Touch on AP

03/21/2008 - Touch on EAD, EAD mailed!!!!!

03/24/2005 - EAD received in mail! Touch on EAD, weird.

03/27/2008 - AP received in mail!

07/07/2008 - Received Interview Notice

08/29/2008 - Interview in San Jose, CA at 11am

09/03/2008- Card Production ordered!!!

09/06/2008- Welcome letter received (kind of funny considering I have been in the US for 8 years!)

09/09/2008- Green Card Received in Mail! Next step Naturalization in 3 years!!!

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

5-12-11: N-400 package mailed

5-18-11: check cashed

5-17-11: NOA date

6-14-11: biometrics date (missed notice + appointment due to travels)

6-16-11: fingerprints done

7-25-11: interview letter date

8-31-11: interview

9-20-11: oath!!!!

I have one question. I know that this may have already been discussed but I can't seem to find it. What comes first and in what order do they come: approval notice, card production ordered, and welcome letter...

02/28/08 - Received 3 noa's in mail : AOS, EAD and AP, Notice Date 02/25/08

03/11/08 - I-485 Transferred to CSC... EAD and AP still not in online system

03/12/08 - Boimetrics

03/22/08 - Touched

03/24/08 - Touched

04/04/08 - Touched

04/22/08 - EAD card production ordered, AP approval notice sent

04/29/08 - EAD Approval Notice Sent

05/02/08 - EAD arrived in mail

05/09/08 - AP touched

05/13/08 - AOS APPROVED!!!!!!

05/14/08 - AP arrived in mail

05/16/08 - Approval notice sent
