Got another touch and email today...

The last processing action taken on your case

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

Does this mean they transferred my case from CSC to local office in Tampa? meaning more delays??? :wacko:

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

11/24/2021 - Denial letter, 30 days to appeal

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

Do u have your driver's permit already? I'm having the same problem too, DMV can't verify my status in DMV.

i really need the permit coz my Philippine license will only be valid here in 3 weeks.

Nope. I haven't had the chance to visit the SAVE office in Pueblo (CO) and verify my identity yet. That is because my husband is in the military training since last April and that office is like 1hour away. So I need to wait until my husband comes back. Plus, I haven't changed my name too on my SSN card.

I am obsessing!! I hope it helps. Consider me your full time obsessor (in a good way). I wish we could trade AP's. I don't need mine as bad. If your daughter is short, brunette and looks like she's 12, let me know and I'll fedex mine right away!!

Edited to add: Definitely set up an infopass. You never know!

Would it help if my husband and I set up an infopass appointment just to inquire if they will allow me (the beneficiary) to go to the interview alone? My husband will be deploy on July and haven't gotten my interview date (as you know) yet. It might be schedule when he's already gone and we are totally confused what gona happen if he will not be there at the interview.

Just wanted to post some good news....i got my EAD approved about two weeks ago and today I got a job offer!!! :)

I feel like you guys are one of my main support groups through this so wanted to share the good news!! I hope everyone else's job hunt is going well!

Ohhh, I don't know. Probably worth a shot! I have no idea though. If you set up an infopass and explained the situation, maybe they would transfer you to California or expedite an interview? My interview is June 27th, and since we are both in Denver and have very similar dates , I don't see yours being any earlier than that...:(

Nov 30 2007 - I enter US as a tourist to spend the ski season with my sweetie and figure out what we both want outta life - we plan on ending up in Canada, but...

Jan 30 2008 - We get married in Vegas! We decide to stay in the US.

Feb 08 2008 - File I-130, I-485, AP and EAD

Feb 11 2008 - Package arrives in Chicago

Feb 19 2008 - Receive NOA 1 for everything except I-485. NOA date Feb 15th

Feb 19 2008 - Touch I-130, AP, EAD

Feb 21 2008 - Receive I-485 NOA 1. NOA Date Feb 15th

Feb 22 2008 - Receive Biometrics notice, dated Feb 20th, for appointment March 11th

Feb 27 2008 - Walk in to Denver field office and have Biometrics taken early as the 11th March I'll be away

Apr 16 2008 - EAD card production ordered

Apr 16 2008 - AP approval sent

Apr 21 2008 - AP received in mail

Apr 21 2008 - EAD card production email received again - strange

Apr 24 2008 - EAD card approval notice sent email

Apr 26 2008 - EAD card received

May 03 2008 - Interview notice received -June 27th

May 22 2008 - Touch on I-485

June 09 2008 - I-130 finally shows up online and shows a touch that day, so does I-485

Jun 27 2008 - Interview - approved, stamped, received card production email. Ya-hoo!!!!

July 10 2008 - Card received

Total time from filing - approval: 4.5 months

MOVED TO SAN DIEGO!!

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

After my case was transfered.. a few days later I received an email saying it was now at the office it had been transfered too.

If you never received the second e-mail..maybe its the wacky USCIS email coming late?

other wise..I dunno... I was under the impression they let you know WHEN its transfered..and then thats it been received.,I wouldn't stress over it..it could be very good news..maybe a quick interview on its way?
