Moreover, he said that he would recommend us for green card approval (I hope it means I’ll get green card), and my card should arrive in 2-3 months. :)

Wow....that seems like a LONG time to wait for your GC after approval. I thought it only took 2-3 weeks after an approved interview/decision???

Anyone care to chime in?

My NOA is the earliest for the FEB filers......and there is no news on my AOS. So i hope they clear this backlog soon. My application has not been touched since 3-27.

I'm in the same boat as you. No touches on I-485 or I-130 since they sent the notices on 02/04. And my last touches were in March for my EAD and AP which I already received. Where is your local office?

Ahebl, I'd go to the interview anyways. If it DOES get re-scheduled, it will be well after your planned trip for your wedding (I think they re-schedule for a few months later from what I have heard), so sounds like you'll be okay either way:)

Well, we are going to go to the interview anyway, but I really hope that you're right, and if it does get rescheduled, it's after the wedding.

Don't worry, you will be ok!

I'm not sure if its faster or not, but it usually means you will be processed without interview.
